Welcome to Skor880 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Skor880 is an online sports betting and live casino platform operated under an international gaming licence issued by an offshore regulatory authority. The Platform is accessible at skor880.cam and is directed at adult users in Malaysia and other eligible jurisdictions.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and Skor880. They govern every aspect of your relationship with the Platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, participation in sports betting and casino games, bonus eligibility, and any other services we provide.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and Skor880.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on Skor880, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Skor880 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and does not permit access to its services by anyone under this age.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded, banned, or had an Account suspended or permanently closed by Skor880 for violations of these Terms.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. You accept sole responsibility for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful where you are located.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of Skor880 or any of its affiliated or associated companies.

Each individual User is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Platform only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Skor880 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

Skor880 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time, including at the point of withdrawal, upon account creation, or when suspicious activity is detected. Required documents may include a government-issued identity card (MyKad for Malaysian users), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

All transactions on Skor880 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). We support a broad range of Malaysian payment methods to ensure convenient access for players across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other regions.

Accepted payment methods include:

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, as well as processing times, are displayed within the cashier section of your Account and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Skor880 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended where KYC procedures are incomplete, where there is suspected fraudulent activity, or where a bonus wagering requirement has not been met. We will not be held liable for delays caused by the User's financial institution or payment service provider.

Funds deposited to your Skor880 Account must be used for betting and gaming purposes. Depositing funds without the intention to wager — for example, to exploit payment processing systems — is prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of the deposited amount.

All sports bets placed on Skor880 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event type. These rules are published within the Platform's dedicated Betting Rules section and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between the sport-specific rules and these Terms, the sport-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that betting matter.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on Skor880:

1. All bets are final once confirmed. Skor880 does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except in circumstances expressly permitted under our betting rules (e.g., event cancellation or postponement).
2. Skor880 reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets that were incorrectly priced due to technical error, data feed failure, or human error. Void bets will be refunded to the User's Wallet Balance.
3. Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per market type. These limits are published within the Platform and may be updated. Winnings that would exceed a published maximum payout limit will be capped at that limit.
4. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during critical moments in an event (e.g., penalty kicks, red cards, set changes). Bets placed before a suspension is triggered will be honoured; bets placed after a market re-opens reflect updated odds.
5. Skor880 covers Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Bundesliga, Champions League, UFC, NBA, and other major sports markets. Coverage availability may vary by season and event schedule.
6. Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, delayed live data, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage constitutes prohibited conduct and may result in bet voidance and Account suspension.

Skor880 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is offered.

General bonus conditions that apply unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in MYR to the User's Wallet Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Unless explicitly stated, bonuses may only be used on the products or markets specified in the promotion (e.g., sports betting only, or all casino games).
• Skor880 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited, we will honour the wagering requirement under the terms stated at the time of credit.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts, using third-party funds, or employing strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine recreational play — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible Account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or converted to cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.
• Skor880's maximum welcome bonus is up to MYR 2,880 for eligible new registrations, subject to the full terms published on the promotions page.

Skor880 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help our Users maintain control over their gaming activity. We believe gambling should remain an entertaining leisure activity, not a financial solution or a source of distress.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Users through the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period.

Users of the Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. A breach of these prohibitions constitutes a material violation of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Using the Platform in any manner that facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit odds, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or corrupt practice in connection with any sporting event or casino game available on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt any part of the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or databases.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than genuine recreational gambling.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including minors.

All content on the Skor880 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, user interface designs, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of Skor880 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly for personal recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, display, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform for commercial purposes.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any software or game engine used on the Platform.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices on the Platform.
• Use the Skor880 name, logo, or branding in any manner without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and will be pursued accordingly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Skor880 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or Account information.
• Interruption of service, including during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods.
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in odds, market data, or game results caused by third-party data feeds.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account by a third party where the breach was not caused by our negligence.

Skor880 provides the Platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon voluntary Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Skor880 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a lawful instruction from a regulatory authority, court, or law enforcement agency.
• The User is found to be under the minimum age of 21.
• The User is found to be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Where an Account is terminated for cause, Skor880 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. All termination decisions made under this clause are final and binding.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Skor880 holds its gaming licence. The Platform does not submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any Malaysian court in respect of matters arising under these Terms.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. Skor880 will use reasonable endeavours to address and resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].

If informal resolution is not achieved, the dispute shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism established by our licensing authority, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Class action proceedings against Skor880 are not permitted under these Terms.

Skor880 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where we make material changes, we will provide notice through one or more of the following channels: a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage, an in-platform notification within your Account, or an email to the address registered on your Account.

Amended Terms take effect immediately upon publication to the Platform unless we specify a later effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact us to close your Account.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
